Our client, a global manufacturer is looking for a hands-on Controller to join their team due to a pending retirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide accounting, payroll, and business admin consultation to management.
• Oversee financial transactions, general ledger reconciliations, and monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
• Manage annual budgets, forecasts, corporate tax filings, and sales/use tax returns.
• Handle bi-weekly payroll, employee benefits, and HR management from hire to termination.
• Supervise audits with CPA firm, manage 401K compliance, and oversee annual insurance renewals.
• Maintain ERP systems, Excel proficiency, and ensure all financial and HR documentation is up-to-date and compliant.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Accounting or Finance experience
• Manufacturing experience is a must
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems; proficiency in Microsoft programs, especially Excel.
