Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Resident Manager to oversee the daily operations of a luxury residential portfolio in Stamford, CT. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in luxury rental buildings, along with a strong background in facilities management and mechanical systems. This role is responsible for ensuring all building systems function efficiently and that the property is maintained to meet luxury living standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized repairs and maintenance projects.
- Maintain an inventory of necessary tools, parts, and equipment for building repairs and upkeep.
- Ensure that the building adheres to all safety regulations and building codes, implementing and overseeing safety protocols for residents and staff.
- Provide ongoing training and guidance to building staff on safe work practices and emergency procedures.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to emergencies, such as mechanical failures or safety hazards.
- Perform regular inspections of all buildings, common areas, and surrounding grounds to identify any maintenance needs, safety concerns, or repairs.
- Oversee landscaping, snow removal, and general upkeep of exterior spaces to ensure a clean, well-maintained appearance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing any issues related to maintenance or building operations.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in building management, facilities maintenance, or related roles within the residential property sector.
- Strong technical skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
- Thorough understanding of building safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance and repairs.
- Ability to supervise and train staff on maintenance procedures and safety standards.
- Experience with budget management and capital improvement planning is a plus.
