We’re hiring a Project Accountant to manage AP, AR, purchasing, job costing, and project financials across multiple projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Full-cycle Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Track project costs, budgets, and job costing
• Collaborate with Project Managers onreporting & forecasting
• Prepare billing packages, draws, and lien waivers

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in construction or general contracting accounting
• Strong AP, AR, and Purchasing skills
• Proficient in construction accounting software (Sage 300, Viewpoint, Foundation, etc.)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative
