Our client, a NYC-based investment firm, is seeking a Staff Accountant with the potential to grow within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Process wires and record them
• Assist with corporate-level bank reconciliations
• Help with month-end/quarter-end/year-end processes
• Add new bank accounts
• Book and adjust journal entries
• Review invoices and manage payables
• Handle accounts receivable
• Support ad-hoc projects for senior leadership as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is preferred
• At least 2-3+ years of accounting experience is required
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel)
