Our client, a global firm, is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead their Boston-based finance team. This role is responsible for overseeing financial integrity across the full project lifecycle from strategy and design through construction delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close and preparation of financial statements.
• Manage intercompany accounts, transfer pricing, and FX adjustments.
• Lead annual audits, tax compliance, and cash management.
• Mentor and develop corporate accounting staff.
• Drive workflow efficiencies and enhance internal controls.

Your Background

• 7+ years of accounting experience (with 2+ years in a management role).
• Knowledge of project-based accounting (Construction, Architecture, or Engineering preferred).
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Vista/Viewpoint is a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA or public accounting background preferred.
