We are working with a $5B+ real estate investment firm looking to add an Accounts Receivable Manager to their team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 4
• Establish and maintain excellent standards for tenant relations and customer service
• Oversee collections for residential and commercial properties
• Meet with external attorneys to manage tenant litigation
• Manage high volume of security deposit refunds
• Perform month end reconciliation of security deposit bank accounts
• Review rental agreements and interpret corresponding data on tenant ledger
• Coordinate with accounting to ensure accurate and timely posting of monthly transactions

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting or a related field
• 5-8+ years of AR experience in the real estate industry is required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
