Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle accounts receivable operations
- Manage and mentor a team of 4 AR/Senior AR Specialists
- Analyze AR aging reports and account statements; identify and resolve discrepancies independently
- Lead collections efforts and negotiate payment resolutions when issues arise
- Ensure timely follow-ups, task management, and adherence to deliverables
- Prepare and present AR reporting in monthly leadership meetings
Qualifications
- 10–15+ years of progressive AR experience
- Prior management experience
- Strong expertise in aging analysis, reconciliations, and account resolution
- Real estate experience preferred but not required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
