Our client, a $10B+ real estate investment firm, is seeking an Acquisitions Associate to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing investment materials including investment memorandums, presentations, and proposals
• Creating financial models
• Helping to manage projects from start to finish, including model underwriting and financing
• Leading calls and meetings with key internal and external teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field OR equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel
• Knowledge of financial concepts such as WACC, NPV, IRR and ROI is preferred
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
