Our client is a real estate investment firm that is seeking a promising and talented Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to one of their high-performing back office teams. This is a stable firm of over 30 years that manages close to $12 billion in gross assets, and is seeking an admin that can grow alongside their position, receiving close mentorship and further career development opportunities.

This is a hybrid position, in-office at least 4 days a week in Midtown, Manhattan.


  • Provide direct administrative and clerical support to the corporate accounting team, including extensive scheduling
  • Conduct data entry into accounting software in regards to schedules, journal entries, and budgets
  • Scan and electronically file invoices for payment and mail payment to vendors
  • Conduct and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivables as needed
  • Prepare expense reports
  • Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned


  • 1+ years of experience performing administrative assistant duties in a corporate setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with prior Excel experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
