Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, greet residents and visitors, and serve as the first point of contact for the property
- Accept and process rent payments in accordance with company procedures
- Receive tenant inquiries and complaints, document concerns, and forward them to the appropriate departments for resolution
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and timely manner
- Perform general administrative duties including copying, filing, data entry, scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation management
- Maintain accurate tenant records and ensure compliance with internal procedures
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in property management or administrative support required
- Proficiency in Yardi or other property management software
- Strong Excel skills (spreadsheets, data tracking, reporting)
- Excellent data entry and organizational skills
- Strong tenant relations and customer service abilities
- Fluent in Spanish
