Job Description
Our client is an established Property Management firm that manages over 5000 apartment units in NYC. They currently have a need for an Administrative Assistant who can assist their accounting department in their headquarters located in Harlem, NY.
This is a possible temp to perm role for the right person and an opportunity with one of New York’s largest property management companies!
Responsibilities:
- Respond to any resident issues or requests in a timely and appropriate manner, via phone, email or in person
- Coordinate with on-site maintenance staff to address any issues regarding units
- Create and oversee marketing strategies to direct online traffic
- Ensure that rents have been collected and deposited
- Create purchasing orders using Yardi Systems Software
- Track arrears, send arrears letters and discuss reports with the Property Manager
- Keep track of calendar of apartment move-ins and move-outs
Qualifications
- 1+ years similar work experience
- Experience working with Yardi software a plus
- Excellent customer service focuses attitude
