We are seeking an Asset Manager for our client, a $20B+ global real estate developer!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic asset management plans to maximize portfolio value.
• Conduct financial analyses and performance assessments for portfolio.
• Support and report on all operations details including inventory and leasing for all assets.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and accounting teams.
• Manage relationships with property managers, tenants, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience within commercial asset management
• Ideally experience within commercial real estate (office, retail, industrial)
• Ability to commute into office 4x a week.
