Summary

Our client is a locally owned and operated General Contractor with a diverse portfolio of building and infrastructure projects across North Jersey. As the backlog grows. the team is looking to add a motivated Assistant Project Manager to the team.

The APM will work closely with assigned project teams to help assure each project is delivered on-time and under budget while maintaining their exceptional safety record. This is an exciting opportunity to quickly grow while being involved with projects from concept through completion.

Responsibilities

  • Assist lead Project Manager with scheduling, budgeting, and completion of assigned activities
  • Gather and maintain project documentation
  • Prepare project schedule and manage deadlines while preparing reports as needed
  • Assist with estimation and bidding process
  • Effectively communicate project progress to key stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
  • 3+ years’ of relevant experience, Ground up building Construction a plus
  • Proficiency in Project Management software
  • Strong organizational skills
