Business Development: Proactively source new clients, managing the entire sales process independently, including contract negotiations.

Account Management: Communicate directly with clients to manage the process on any given role, from kick-off to signed offer

Recruitment: Source, interview, present, schedule and negotiate offers with talent

Management: Manage recruiters on specific jobs from end to end, offering training and development for your team.


2+ years of staffing agency experience; 5+ years of overall experience (experience in a different industry outside of recruitment is welcomed!)

Proven Business Development and Client Management experience within staffing, with an established track record of developing relationships with new clients

Strong verbal / written communication skills

An individual who enjoys working with people and making a difference
