Our client is a premier infrastructure specialist within the Construction industry who is seeking a Business Development Lead. You will drive growth for a firm that operates in a niche sector, maintaining a portfolio of 20+ clients while navigating the pursuit of emerging regional infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with project teams and client managers to align pursuit strategies and expand market share in new regional territories.
- Leverage industry relationships with architects and engineers to gather project intel and secure bid list placements.
- Utilize CRM systems to track and maintain a high-value opportunity pipeline.
- Identify and pursue niche opportunities within specialized mechanical systems and sustainable infrastructure.
Location/Travel
- A minimum of 2 days per week in the main office (Northern NJ area)
- Approximately 3 days per week offsite for client meetings, site visits, and industry engagements around the Northeast.
