Prestigious Real Estate Owner/Developer is seeking a CFO that will direct and control the financial operations of the company. This is a highly reputable company that has a very impressive portfolio of commercial and residential properties. This individual will manage a team of 15+ and play a key strategic role with respect to planning, forecasting and evaluating acquisitions/financings.

Responsibilities:

• Full oversight over financial operations to ensure compliance with all statutory, tax and shareholder requirements
• Oversee the reporting process to ensure timely and accurate information is provided to executive leadership and shareholders
• Development and streamlining of financial reporting systems and functions
• Supervise and support direct reports, and monitor development of all team members
• Work with numerous business divisions to develop projections and accurately measure growth
• Evaluate capital requirements and work with Senior Investment team to secure funds to meet capital needs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• MBA and/or CPA highly desired
• Proven experience at a senior level with a sizable real estate organization
• High level of integrity with a strong sense of urgency and results-oriented
• Strong computer literacy skills; specifically accounting, financial and real estate technologies
