Job Description:
Our client, a restaurant group, is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead operations for 20+ company-owned restaurants and oversee the launch of new locations annually.
Responsibilities:
- Direct day-to-day restaurant operations, including staffing, food sourcing, inventory, and menu development.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards while optimizing workflows and layouts.
- Develop and implement policies to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Implement technology to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Drive recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention in partnership with People + Culture teams.
- Lead high-performing teams through clear guidance, training programs, and performance management.
- Monitor sales, costs, and profitability metrics; develop strategies to improve financial performance.
- Partner with the leadership team to execute long-term strategic plans for growth, including franchising initiatives.
- Collaborate on site selection, marketing opportunities, and budget development.
