We’re seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager with a strong background in site design, land development, and infrastructure engineering. This role combines hands-on technical design with leadership in project management, client coordination, and quality control.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee design and permitting for commercial, residential, and land-use development projects.
• Manage grading, drainage, stormwater, roadway, water, and sewer design.
• Supervise engineers and CAD staff; ensure technical accuracy and timely delivery.
• Serve as primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare calculations, specifications, and construction documents; coordinate with agencies and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 10+ years of experience in land development or site design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
