We’re hiring a Collections Specialist to join a growing real estate portfolio.

As the organization continues to scale, this role is critical in managing high-volume receivables and maintaining strong tenant relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts
• Communicate with tenants to resolve payment issues and negotiate plans
• Investigate billing discrepancies and collaborate cross-functionally
• Support escalations, legal coordination, and third-party collections
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of collections experience
• Comfortable handling high call volume and tenant interaction
• Excel and systems experience (Yardi a plus)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
