Key Responsibilities
- Oversee consulting operations, project resourcing, and delivery support
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with healthcare and pharma regulations
- Lead people operations including onboarding, HR coordination, performance support, and policy implementation
- Manage office operations, vendors, and internal systems
- Ensure regulatory, contractual, and operational compliance
- Maintain contracts, HR, and operational documentation
Experience + Skill
- 2+ years’ experience in operations, contracts, people ops or office management
- Experience in healthcare environment preferred
- Strong contract management, organizational, and stakeholder management skill
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized
