Seeking an experienced Controller to oversee all accounting and financial operations. This role ensures accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with GAAP, while partnering with leadership to support growth and improve financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting functions including AP/AR, payroll, and month-end close.
• Prepare financial statements and manage audits and tax filings.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Strengthen internal controls and streamline financial processes.
• Provide financial insights and KPIs to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of accounting or finance experience, with 5+ in leadership.
• Strong GAAP, ERP, and Excel skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and improve financial operations.
