We are seeking a Cost Accounting Manager to lead our clients’ finance and cost accounting functions. This role is ideal for a seasoned accounting professional with deep expertise in job costing, standard cost analysis, and operational finance within a manufacturing or project-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of cost accounting, including job costing, standard costing, variance analysis, and overhead allocation.
• Analyze cost drivers and manufacturing data to identify inefficiencies and drive cost reduction initiatives.
• Lead process improvement projects across departments to enhance gross profit, transaction accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Support ERP implementations and maintain data integrity in financial systems.
• Develop and deliver training programs for accounting staff and cross-functional teams.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes.
• Provide strategic support for budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and strong internal controls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CMA preferred).
• 7+ years of progressive experience, with at least 3 in a Controller or senior cost accounting role.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
