Job Summary:

The Estimator will play a crucial role in preparing accurate and comprehensive estimates for multiple projects at a time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and possess excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Identify labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure accurate estimation
• Utilize industry knowledge and past experience to provide input on project feasibility and cost-effective solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
• 3+ years of estimating experience
• Experience with all divisions
• Ability to work with a team or individually
