RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drafting correspondences, reports, and documents
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Internal coordination of written approvals and signatures on wires, checks, change orders, proposals with each department
- Scheduling, calendar, and travel management for President and senior executives
- Preparing documents and setting up conference rooms for meetings
- Assisting with general overflow, special projects, and day-to-day tasks
- General office upkeep
- Screening and prioritizing telephone calls
- Handling personal tasks as requested
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Executive Assistant experience
- Experience supporting senior-level executives
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to handle confidential information in a sensitive manner
