  • Drafting correspondences, reports, and documents
  • Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Internal coordination of written approvals and signatures on wires, checks, change orders, proposals with each department
  • Scheduling, calendar, and travel management for President and senior executives
  • Preparing documents and setting up conference rooms for meetings
  • Assisting with general overflow, special projects, and day-to-day tasks
  • General office upkeep
  • Screening and prioritizing telephone calls
  • Handling personal tasks as requested


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Executive Assistant experience
  • Experience supporting senior-level executives
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to handle confidential information in a sensitive manner
