Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in CNC Machinery maintenance and be proficient in various technical skills, including a strong electro-mechanical skillset. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety within our facilities.

Duties

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical systems, mechanical components, and programmable logic controllers.
• Interpret schematics and technical drawings to assist in maintenance tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with staff or external vendors regarding maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• Strong experience maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting up to 5 axis CNC Machines
• Comfortable servicing a 2-3 hour radius (company vehicle provided)
• Prior experience with Fanuc or Siemens Control highly preferred
• Excellent communication and time management skills
