Summary

Responsible for overseeing daily plant-level accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective internal controls, and compliance with GAAP/IFRS. Leads the site finance team and supports month-end close, cost accounting, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the finance operations team.
  • Oversee cost accounting and inventory valuation (raw materials, WIP, finished goods).
  • Manage month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and intercompany transactions.
  • Review balance sheet reconciliations and support financial reporting.
  • Assist with internal and external audits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Prior supervisory experience.
  • CPA or CMA preferred.
  • Strong ERP and advanced Excel skills.
