Our client is a real estate developer in NYC and they are looking for a Health & Safety Manager. In this role, you will support company-wide initiatives and help ensure alignment across departments.

You will work closely with various teams and leaders across the organization. The ideal candidate is organized, has strong communication skills, and can manage multiple projects. You should be proactive, able to work both independently and collaboratively, and comfortable developing solutions to address challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various teams to address health, safety, and risk-related matters.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to minimize risks and enhance safety.
• Help create and deliver safety programs and guidelines to support the organization’s goals.
• Support initiatives to improve safety, compliance, and loss control efforts across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Safety Management or related field.
• Experience in risk management, safety, loss control, or a related field.
• Safety related designations preferred
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and best practices.
• MS Office preferred
