Core Responsibilities

  • HR Compliance: Maintain the Employee Handbook; ensure all policies align with federal/state laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA).
  • Full Lifecycle Contract Management:
  • Drafting: Create employment offers, NDAs, and separation agreements.
  • Negotiation & Execution: Review and negotiate terms with staffing agencies and HR tech vendors.
  • Tracking: Manage renewal dates, terminations, and amendments via Contract Management Systems (CMS).

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5 years in HR/Operations with heavy experience in Contract Administration.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Technical Skills: DocuSign experience preferred.

Success Metrics

  • Contract Integrity: Zero expired or “lost” vendor/employment agreements.
  • Legal Protection: 100% accuracy in employee classification and regulatory filings.
  • Efficiency: Reduced turnaround time for contract reviews and approvals.
