Our client, a Real Estate Owner/Developer is seeking an HR Business Partner. This is an opportunity to play a significant role within this company and help innovate across all HR functions.


  • Supporting the organization’s values and strategic goals, and assisting in creation of new SOP’s to drive organizational effectiveness
  • Generalist responsibilities including benefits, compensation, payroll, employee relations, talent acquisition, training and development, etc.


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5-10+ years of HR Managerial/HRBP experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, and always acting with integrity and professionalism
  • Leadership skills
