Responsibilities:
- Supporting the organization’s values and strategic goals, and assisting in creation of new SOP’s to drive organizational effectiveness
- Generalist responsibilities including benefits, compensation, payroll, employee relations, talent acquisition, training and development, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5-10+ years of HR Managerial/HRBP experience
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, and always acting with integrity and professionalism
