Our client is seeking a dynamic team member to support both L&D initiatives as well as employee benefits coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Support employee learning through program development, facilitation, and content creation.
  • Partner with internal teams to assess development needs and deliver impactful training.
  • Help manage learning platforms, track participation, and measure success.
  • Assist in benefits communication, enrollment, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement across learning and benefits programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business)
  • 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or a related HR function.
  • Experience with coordination of employee benefits preferred.
