Our client is seeking a dynamic team member to support both L&D initiatives as well as employee benefits coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Support employee learning through program development, facilitation, and content creation.
- Partner with internal teams to assess development needs and deliver impactful training.
- Help manage learning platforms, track participation, and measure success.
- Assist in benefits communication, enrollment, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement across learning and benefits programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business)
- 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or a related HR function.
- Experience with coordination of employee benefits preferred.
