Our client is a private real estate investment group with over $2 Billion in assets under management. They are seeking an experienced Commercial Lease Administrator to assist with lease administration responsibilities for a commercial portfolio of nearly 100 high-end retail buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Abstracting new leases and updating existing abstracts with new information when needed
  • Reviewing lease submittals and ensuring all required documents have been received
  • Reviewing rent rolls for accuracy and ensuring lease data is correct, ie. start/expiration dates, rental dates, escalation amounts etc
  • Collecting and maintaining commercial tenant information, compiling monthly reports, property management tracking, etc.
  • Conducting lease analysis and reporting
  • Ad-hoc projects as needed

Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years experience working with commercial leases, preferably with exposure to retail
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of commercial leases and the language used
  • Advanced financial/analytical skills
  • Must possess strong attention to detail
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimum direction
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Team-player attitude; dependable and dedicated
