Our client, a multifamily property management firm is looking for a Leasing Consultant to join their team at a market-rate apartment community.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective residents, conduct property tours, and highlight community features.
• Assist applicants with the leasing process, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
• Support leasing goals by maintaining high occupancy rates and ensuring resident satisfaction.
• Respond to resident requests and address maintenance concerns as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software is a plus.
