We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of a fast-paced, 100-person office. This individual will be responsible for ensuring a productive, efficient, and well-maintained workplace environment while supporting employees, leadership, and overall business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and organization
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate office layout, seating arrangements, and space planning
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for building management and maintenance vendors
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and office improvements
- Manage office equipment (copiers, printers, etc.) and ensure functionality
- Oversee office cleanliness and organization
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of experience in office management, operations, or administrative leadership
- Experience managing offices of 50+ employees (100+ preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and office management tools
- Experience managing vendors, budgets, and facilities operations
