Responsibilities

• Handle caseload with Partner oversight from inception through settlement or up to trial.
• Caseload of 200-250 cases on the plaintiff side in the long term.
• 1-3 years of experience of plaintiff personal injury attorney work (law clerk experience will count)
• Must be articulate and speak clearly and take direction with confidence.
• Types of cases: dog bites, motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, bike accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, trucking accidents, traumatic brain injuries.
• Must have experience on the plaintiff side.
• Onsite in the Financial District of New York City
• Must be licensed in New York
