We’re partnering with a high-volume manufacturing operation seeking a hands-on Blow Mold Process Engineer to lead PET stretch blow molding optimization across multiple production platforms.

This is a floor-based technical leadership role focused on driving process stability, improving bottle quality, reducing scrap, optimizing uptime, and supporting new equipment startups in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What they’re looking for:

• 8–10 years of hands-on PET stretch blow molding process engineering experience
• Strong experience with rotary blow mold machines
• Background with Krones, Kosme, Sipa, or similar high-speed platforms preferre
• Expertise in machine settings, recipes, heating profiles, pressure settings, and bottle defect reduction
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Plastics Engineering
• Proven success improving efficiency, process capability, and overall line performance
• Ability to troubleshoot in real time and serve as the plant’s technical SME

Compensation: $150K–$170K base
