Project Manager – Ground-Up Construction | Dallas, TX

A well-established general contractor in the DFW area is seeking a Project Manager with ground-up construction experience to join their team. This role focuses primarily on ground-up retail projects, with additional exposure to industrial, healthcare, and K–12 work.

Responsibilities:

• Manage ground-up construction projects from start to finish
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and overall project execution
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Maintain quality, safety, and strong client communication

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of construction experience
• Experience completing ground-up projects as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
