Our client, a General Contractor, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee ground-up commercial and multifamily projects from precon through closeout.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning and permitting through construction and project closeout
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, cost tracking, and forecasting
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives
• Prepare scopes of work and participate in subcontractor procurement and contract negotiations

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager, ideally with ground up commercial and/or multifamily projects
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar)
