Our client is actively looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join their growing team and lead New Jersey specific projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex Affordable Housing construction projects, including value add and occupied renovations.

A leading GC in the Construction and Rehabilitation of area Affordable Housing complexes with over 30k completed units. The company continuously prioritizes the people involved including residents, owners, and the team while completing projects on time and under budget.


  • Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects from start to finish
  • Develop and implement project budgets and schedules
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Inspect work to ensure that it meets quality standards
  • Resolve project issues and problems
  • Maintain project records and documentation
  • Manage value add projects to increase the property’s value
  • Manage occupied renovations to minimize disruption to tenants


  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a PM, Affordable Housing required
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
