Our client is a growing heavy civil contractor that has been a leader in the industry for more than 35 years. They have grown to become a premier contractor focusing on Heavy/Highway, Bridge, Infrastructure, Directional Drilling, Utilities, Excavation, Demolition, and Sheeting & Shoring projects. Seeking a project manager with minimum 7 years experience on DOT, Highway, Bridge, Tunnel, MTA, Infrastructure projects or similar.

Job Requirements:

  • Write project scopes of work for subcontractors.
  • Meets with Estimator to review project.
  • Reviews construction drawings to bid set.
  • Contacts client’s project manager to confirm start up requirements.
  • Prepares and distributes construction schedule.
  • Conducts job start meeting on site with all sub-contractors and personnel.
  • Addresses unforeseen field issues with project Superintendent.
  • Generates weekly updated budgets with projections including all associated costs to complete. Reviews projections in relation to estimating budget.
  • Review and complete all project close-out requirements.
