We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction and renovation projects from pre-construction through close-out. This role is responsible for driving safe, on-time, and on-budget project delivery while coordinating with internal teams, clients, and external partners.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning through completion
• Lead project teams and coordinate subcontractors and consultants
• Oversee budgets, schedules, change orders, and project documentation
• Review drawings and specs for constructibility
• Lead MEP coordination and punch list completion
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management
• Background in construction management, engineering, or architecture preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Procore and AutoCAD preferred
