Our client, a heavy civil & infrastructure construction firm, services clients throughout the NY metro and Tri-State area. Our client is seeking a Civil Project Manager to oversee several projects throughout the area. This Civil Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, directing, and coordinating construction, engineering, and scheduling. Projects include transportation infrastructure, hydraulic, and underground infrastructure works. pedestrian works, ramps, sidewalks, gas/utilities, bridges, wastewater, paving, and substations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent work experience)
• 5+ years experience in civil construction project management
• Strong record of positive relationships with subcontractors and strong knowledge of NYC regulations desired
• Extensive knowledge of Heavy Civil Infrastructure, Transportation Infrastructure, and General Construction desired
• Experience with Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project or similar construction software

Compensation:

• $150,000 – $175,000 base salary + Benefits
• 5+ year employee tenure
• Extremely stable pipeline of work in multiple civil sectors
