We’re partnering with a vertically integrated owner/developer seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the ground-up affordable housing projects across New York. This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-established firm known for its strong pipeline and collaborative culture.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute project work plans, staffing strategies, and timelines
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality standards
• Prepare comprehensive project updates and reports for stakeholders
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and assist in budgeting processes
• Facilitate effective communication among project team members
• Manage construction permitting, inspections, and documentation
• Attend meetings, review drawings, and monitor project costs
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 5–10 years of experience in construction project management
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of construction trades, safety protocols, and NYC codes
• Experience with ground-up residental projects in NYC
