We’re partnering with a vertically integrated owner/developer seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the ground-up affordable housing projects across New York. This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-established firm known for its strong pipeline and collaborative culture.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute project work plans, staffing strategies, and timelines
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality standards
- Prepare comprehensive project updates and reports for stakeholders
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies and assist in budgeting processes
- Facilitate effective communication among project team members
- Manage construction permitting, inspections, and documentation
- Attend meetings, review drawings, and monitor project costs
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of construction trades, safety protocols, and NYC codes
- Experience with ground-up residental projects in NYC
