Our client is hiring a Property Coordinator to manage daily operations for a commercial office building in Manhattan. This role supports the Property Manager in maintaining building standards, coordinating vendor services, and serving as the primary point of contact for tenant needs.
Core Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, requests, and work orders.
- Assist the Property Manager with the coordination of building staff, vendors, and third-party contractors.
- Manage building documentation, insurance certificates (COIs), and specialized service contracts.
- Support basic accounts payable/receivable processes and assist in the preparation of monthly reporting packages.
