This is a fully remote position, with a preference for candidates located in any major market within the Pacific Time Zone due to regional client coverage and travel needs.

Position Summary

The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing relationships, and delivering product demonstrations tailored to the needs of prospective clients in the multifamily space. The ideal candidate is a strategic “hunter” who thrives in a fully remote environment and enjoys building meaningful client relationships, both virtually and in person.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and manage relationships with multifamily property owners and managers
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demos that address client needs
  • Negotiate and manage proposals, pricing, and contract execution
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activity in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Travel regionally and attend trade shows or events nationwide (approximately 25%)

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the multifamily housing industry
  • A strong professional network in the industry is a plus
  • Self-starter with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting
  • Resides in the U.S., with preference for Pacific Time Zone for regional travel alignment
