Real Estate Owner is seeking an experienced Resident Manager for a luxury rental building in Manhattan. Responsibilities include supervision and training of all building staff, as well as maintaining quality resident relations.

Experience:

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with tenants
• Facilities/Mechanical experience with strong knowledge of building systems including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC
• Adheres to all regulatory requirements and conducts monthly inspections of all buildings and grounds to ensure compliance with governmental policies and procedures
• Ensures safety standards, safe work practices, and emergency responses are maintained
• Maintains tools, equipment, and workspaces to ensure they are in proper working order

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in live-in Super/Resident Manager role in a luxury building in Manhattan.
• Strong technical skills across multiple disciplines (mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
• Working knowledge of building operations
• Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational, time-management, and supervisory skills with attention to detail
• Experience with PTAC units required.
