Our client is a NYC Real Estate Owner/Developer and they are looking for a Retail Portfolio Manager to join their Leasing team. You will get the chance to work on retail leasing for a Class-A portfolio in Manhattan.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and update annual retail leasing plans.
• Create budget forecasts, including market analysis and data maintenance.
• Act as a retail tenant liaison, negotiate leases, and network to generate leasing opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal departments, stay updated on retail trends, and contribute to marketing strategies.
