The Sales Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and optimizing sales processes within our clients organization. This position requires a candidate with 2-3 years of experience in sales analytics, along with a strong preference for proficiency in Tableau. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and possess excellent communication skills. They will work closely with the sales team to provide actionable insights, streamline operations, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop reports and dashboards in Tableau to provide timely, accurate, and actionable insights to the sales team and management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop accurate sales forecasts, taking into consideration market trends, historical data, and other relevant factors.
  • Assist in setting sales targets and goals based on data-driven analysis.
  • Identify and implement improvements in sales processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Streamline lead management, qualification, and conversion processes to maximize revenue generation.
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness within CRM systems and other sales-related databases.
  • Conduct regular audits and validations to maintain high-quality data integrity.
  • Provide support in the development and optimization of sales collateral, presentations, and training materials.
  • Assist in onboarding new sales team members by providing them with necessary tools and resources.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to support sales strategies and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with various departments (e.g., marketing, finance) to ensure alignment of sales operations with overall business objectives.
  • Respond to ad-hoc data requests from the sales team and management to support critical decision-making.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales analytics or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the real estate industry or a related field.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
