This position is focused on performing cost analysis to aid strategic decision-making, along with managing the design, development, testing, and ongoing support of enterprise resource planning (ERP) processes and tools that enhance business operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Cost Analysis:

- Conduct thorough testing of ERP systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality.

- Provide ongoing support and address any ERP-related issues that arise.
- Continuous Enhancement:
- Monitor ERP system performance and suggest improvements for greater efficiency.
- Stay current with industry developments and incorporate best practices into ERP operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Track monthly expenditures and production activities to highlight areas for cost reduction and improve processes or profitability.
- Analyze financial and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements using innovative technologies and methods.
- Spot opportunities for cost savings and lead projects aimed at reducing expenses.
- Understand the relationship between activities and their costs in relation to products, processes, and customers.
- Design, develop, and test reporting solutions to ensure the delivery of accurate and valuable data.
- Validate and support updates to ERP software to enhance its capabilities and performance.
REQUIRED:
- In-depth knowledge of Epicor 10.2 or later, encompassing manufacturing, production, inventory, and financial modules.
- Experience in creating Epicor Kinetic BAQs, SQL queries, and dashboards.
- Familiarity with database structures and design concepts.
- Proven ability in critical thinking and effective problem-solving.
