This position is focused on performing cost analysis to aid strategic decision-making, along with managing the design, development, testing, and ongoing support of enterprise resource planning (ERP) processes and tools that enhance business operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Cost Analysis:

• ERP Development and Support:

• Testing and Quality Control:
  • Conduct thorough testing of ERP systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality.

• Training and User Support:
  • Facilitate training sessions for users on ERP tools and best practices.
  • Provide ongoing support and address any ERP-related issues that arise.

• Continuous Enhancement:
  • Monitor ERP system performance and suggest improvements for greater efficiency.
  • Stay current with industry developments and incorporate best practices into ERP operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Track monthly expenditures and production activities to highlight areas for cost reduction and improve processes or profitability.
• Analyze financial and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements using innovative technologies and methods.
• Spot opportunities for cost savings and lead projects aimed at reducing expenses.
• Understand the relationship between activities and their costs in relation to products, processes, and customers.
• Design, develop, and test reporting solutions to ensure the delivery of accurate and valuable data.
• Validate and support updates to ERP software to enhance its capabilities and performance.

REQUIRED:

• In-depth knowledge of Epicor 10.2 or later, encompassing manufacturing, production, inventory, and financial modules.
• Experience in creating Epicor Kinetic BAQs, SQL queries, and dashboards.
• Familiarity with database structures and design concepts.
• Proven ability in critical thinking and effective problem-solving.
