Our client is a consumer goods wholesale and design house that is seeking their first Logistics Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage incoming orders from start to finish to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to confirm order specifications, delivery requirements, and timelines.
• Monitor order status and proactively address potential delays or issues.
• Ensure accuracy in data entry for all orders in the system, maintaining a high standard of documentation and record-keeping.
• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock.
• Identify potential stock shortages and implement solutions to prevent interruptions in the supply chain.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation, packaging, and labeling.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems (A2000 preferred), and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to solve problems effectively.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
