We are working with a NYC-based residential developer who is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all project phases (preconstruction to completion)
• Work with key stakeholders including Architects, Subcontractors, Vendors, etc
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and planning
• Own the documentation of each project (progress reports, logs, submittals, etc)
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to all health and safety standards
• Monitor project expenses, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost control
• Identify and address project risks, ensuring compliance with building codes
• Supervise project teams and ensure tasks are completed efficiently

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
• 7-10+ years of experience in construction project management
• Microsoft Office experience is required
• Procore experience is required
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and industry standards
