The ideal candidate will have experience in managing ground-up construction projects from start to finish. This candidate will work closely with the Superintendent and Assistant Project Manager to make sure projects are completed on time. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.
Responsibilities
- The Senior Project Manager is responsible for all project administration including all contractual requirements, agreements with trade partners, purchase orders, and risk management
- Managing projects within budget and time constraints
- Manage projects ranging from $25M – $70M+ in value
- Communicates effectively with on-site teams, clients, and owners. etc
- Organize client meetings/sub meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 10 years of construction experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with a team
